This landmark conference brings together academics, industry leaders, and policymakers to explore how artificial intelligence is reshaping tourism and hospitality education and workforce readiness across Africa and beyond.
ETOA is present as the voice of Ethiopia's private tourism sector, advocating for practical, industry-aligned training programs and exploring partnerships with universities to develop capacity-building initiatives tailored to tour operators.
The event is organized by Madda Walabu University under the theme of building future-ready skills, innovation capacity, and ethical human-centered practice — values that align directly with ETOA's mission to professionalize and strengthen Ethiopia's tourism industry.
